The quote and enquiry tools

The route and quote tool on this site is a guide that routes your details to our enquiry team; it does not itself produce a binding rate. Any rate we give is quoted against your specific enquiry, and customs clearing is guided by the recommended SFAAZ rates. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract for carriage on its own.

Accuracy and availability

We keep the information on this site current and correct as best we can, but we cannot promise it is always complete or error-free. News and trade notices reflect the position on their publication date and may since have changed. We aim to keep the site available, but it may occasionally be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
